peter vogt
has more than fifteen years experience in the IT security sector including
extensive and broad experience with data encryption systems and products.
prior to cylink, mr. vogt worked for security organizations such as protegrity
software, memco software, global entegrity and e-certify. as cylink’s senior
director of business development, mr. vogt focuses specifically on the
business issues associated with expanding data protection and data privacy
requirements. mr. vogt has spoken at numerous conferences on the topics
of data privacy and evolving regulations. in addition to his position with
cylink, mr. vogt is also the current president of the connecticut chapter
of the information systems security association (ISSA) and a member of
the information assurance technical framework forum (IATFF). mr.
vogt’s industry participation has also included membership in the pki forum;
the privacy officers association; the wall street technology association;
the tech managers forum; high tech crime network; and the new york chapter
of the ISSA.
